About Me

“It is the relationship that heals” is a common refrain in the world of therapy. I believe this to be true and aim to bring my genuine self to our sessions. Along with my psychodynamic approach, my background in the musical arts and education inform my therapy work as I seek collaborative and creative ways to foster lasting change and wellness. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, making music, and quality time with family and friends.
